What should i do about my facial skin???

Hello! I would like some advice regarding issues with my skin texture and overall condition. I don't have any active breakouts, but I am concerned about enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, mild redness, and visible sebaceous filaments (especially on and around the nose). Currently, my skincare routine is limited to a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer. Based on my photos, could you tell me what the main issue is and whether I should start using products containing 20% azelaic acid and tretinoin???

It’s too damaging for my skin lol but start with 15% azelaic mostly on cheeks for redness and then 0.025% Tret and u can work way up. Tret makes me peel like crazy so I can’t use it
