Good start with test and GH, very good synergy which is why most bodybuilders take it. Would look into DHT derivatives for any masculinisation you got left, please do be careful with these though as they can come with some nasty side effects like balding

If your bite is misaligned or wonky I would look into a palate expander before your mid-palatal suture fuses forcing you to get a SARPE which is expensive and hard to acquire compared to MARPE
