What should i do for a better jaw (uploading in this thread because it fits better)

I've posted before, however didn't actually attach a picture of myself, rather what I wanted to achieve, what do u guys think I should do (surgically wise) for a better jaw. Trying to get it more masculine/projected/defined etc etc whatever u want to call it LMAO. Gonna have good money soon and will be able to afford it. I need surgeons & recommendations for what to get. thanks

I think double jaw surgery brah it's the most extreme but it works, and I have no clue for doctor, you need to research yourself alot

I was looking but why dont you get implants and rhino ? It's cheaper and recovery is much faster

pues i dont want to change my nose shape too much, I look at the female gaze such as dudes like pedro pascal etc, and for the implants. Def will get jaw angle implants and a chin implant (if necessary) You're right though, double jaw is extreme and has high recovery even high risk. def need to narrow this down..

its hard to tell in the pics, but I have pretty greenish eyes already tbh. If I did it I believe it may turn out too uncanny. But definitely a consideration

Based on these 2 pictures, it seems that your lower maxilla is a bit recessed. Your pogonion is well projected forward, but your chin may lack a bit of mass growing downward. The issue is probably a mix of bones and soft tissue. How is your bite btw ?
I don't know if a surgery would be justified. Maybe a Lefort 1, or a DJS, although it seems a bit extreme. What do you think @LackEmpathyTherefor @geenk worg ?

Given your vernacular, I suppose you are Mexican. @nishka has had a DJS + genioplasty done recently in Mexico by Dr. Orion Haas. I don't know of other local surgeons. If travelling abroad, you could go to Brazil if you don't want to pay the hefty prices charged in the US.

my bite im assuming is okay? had braces done when I was young (obviously) however i was born without wisdom teeth which is cursed. But besides that im pretty sure its fine, however, my pallet seems to be relatively narrow and I doubt that has anything to do with my side profile but a possible MARPE could work
