what should i do for height growth

i’m 14 rn turning 15 in 4 months im currently 5,3 mom is 5,4 havnt seen my dad in a while but i believe he’s around 5,7-5,9 is there anything i can do to maximize height growth or am i stuck at propsepected height.

Dont listen to them hgh wont make you taller you can look for studies and i can tell you that there is no study that shows that hgh on healthy teens makes them taller

test stunts your growth and gh will only close his plates quicker

You cant do shit hgh doent do nothing , the max it could do is add 1-2cm its worthless the only studies that showed that ot worked were on kids with growth hormone deficiency
