Just got off my lengthy accutane (6.7 mg, im hardcore) cycle paired with 21mg ashwagandha, what should I do for PCT so I don't get raped by cancer?

Idk heard this thing called mtren or smth is pretty good for pct when u want to get ur hormones back to normal
