What Should I Do If I Become a Third Wheel

I've noticed I've been getting thirdwheeled VERY OFTEN(3 times this week) by all types of people and always show their affection to each other RIGHT in front of me, in class groups, like they have NO type of respect for me, so I always say I have to leave or try to get everything done ASAP because it's fucking unbearable. I even TRY to avoid women in general because of this. Next time this happens, what should I do differently?
