Your main problem is that you're 27 and you're practically a social outcast. Why did you get to this point without improving yourself? I guess you may be on the autistic spectrum + never had a social life because you were labelled as a "weirdo" so you just became antisocial.
To fix this go to therapy ASAP, search on YouTube how to be more social and more importantly how to "fit in", you NEED to know how to not be a weirdo around people. Step by step, you need to undo a lot of years of being anti-social so don't get discouraged if you need time, because you will, and it's normal.

For the love of god if you're not at your best potential don't use dating apps, the algorithm immensely favour women and the the top 10% of men, and you're not there yet, so no need to worsen your self confidence.

Start doing the minimum required for a man of your age:
- Shower everyday
- Skincare everyday
- Develop a sense of fashion
- Always smell good
- Get in shape(you said 3 years in the gym, if you didn't start with massive weight problems you should have a decent physique by now, if not then you have been doing something wrong)
- TRY TO FIT IN, do your best to fit in with groups of people by researching online
- Stop your addictions, especially porn and dopamine(aka social media, binge watching films/tv-series, etc)
- Get your testosterone levels checked and stop doing shit that lowers it. Research it, everything is online
- Get your blood levels checked and start integrating in your diet foods that you need + see with your doctor the supplements you need

Don't even look at anything else now, master these then you can move on other things
