What should I do if my upper Lip is extremely in front of my lower lip (mandible not recessed!)

My upper lip is extremely projected in comparison to my lower lip - I dont think its the lip volume bc the upper lip just seems extremely bloated and pouty.
My mandible is not recessed, not even close, in Fact its slightly in front of my maxilla (2.1°) [in my Ceph]
