I’m losing my mindset

Currently I’m eating 1400kcal (to lose fat)daily 100g protein all animal mass
I just want to be lean and look like fit with abs

Also I track all my food
And get atleast 7h of sleep daily 10k steps for the last few weeks but i have only lost 2kgs mostly water weight in 4-5 weeks I’m not losing any fat why?

I suppose but I think any sort of calorie surplus is beyond useless you could argue during puberty but at 20 no use.

how are you going to grow if you consume under basic requirements to live?
surplus is a must for any gym goer, unless youre obese and cutting.

i think you misunderstood
if youre going to waste like 2000kcal daily just doing nothing, and you consume under 1600 you wont grow since youre burning already
although one could argue that the anabolism of muscle is very separate from the catabolism of fat

I’m saying if you waste 2000 a day your maintenance would be over 2000 allowing you to grow and you could grow on a Calorie deficit it is only for over 150 iq individuals though. Very high iq tactic
