What should i do ? Missing PREMOLAR

Im missing a upper premolar since i was 16,bcuz at that age i still had 2 primary premolar teeths. And 1 one of them had tooth decoy and i got it removed,the other one i still have it now somehiw,both secondary premoalar teeth are somewhere upper in my palate and didnt come out bcuz they had no space. Now,since this teeth got removed it didnt affect my face or maxilla,dentist told me to get braces but i didnt . I cant get an implant because the gap is to small . But bcuz of that missing teeth its make the other teeth to move aswell,resulting in not straight teeths .

Dentist told me to get braces even now at 21 to fix this,but im scarred it will fuck my face. The only other option i think is veeners in the future

what should i do ?

braces or cosmetic operstive procedure as filing could work as space maintainer etc. find a good dentist.

yeah most likely will fk u up n they take lot timr etc. cosmetic composite fill seem better etc if space is small. if big then implant. etc

glad i didnt get braces when i was young,it would probably fuck my maxilla so bad . now my maxila is developed good

why would braces fuck up your face? as far as i know it only fucks you in puberty because ur bones arent fully done growing but at 21 u should be fine
