I’ve made jokes about this but I’m being serious now. I gone from 14 percent bf to prob 16-17. I’ve gained 4-5kg (a lot of it is water weight). I’ve just been eating shit recently cuz I’ve had lots of stuff going on but I used to look rlly good until I fucked up my consistency. Should I just crash diet or should I go into a 600 moderate deficit

That’s what I used to do. I would also hard mew during it :lul: I swear it lowk improved my posture

used to have the best abs

i was locked in no sugar at that time i got the most attention from girls that time
