since i respect you as a user ima help. go do something you enjoy but not something short term satisfaction. replace short term satisfactions with long term satisfactions. like instead of video games go to the gym or play some form of athletic sport. instead of craving a snickers bar eat a healthy fruit. id say the first step is to start replacing your bad habits with good habits. sure it'll take time because change doesnt happen fast but its worth it

2. If you have an active community, join in their events and do community service in order to gain rep and make friends
3. Learn new stuff such as finances, mechanical work, making new stuff out of nothing (for example I was thinking of creating a electromagnetic toy gun using a water tank and some other stuff)
