Something like this would heavily increase appeal

Your hair seems pretty thin, so yeah definitely grow it out. When you go to get a haircut, just tell him to do the fade/cut and just make the top suit it (like clean it up) Make sure he doesnt just cut the top back to how it normally is.
Grow out the fringe and towel dry it often

Anyway, when you think your hair is long enough get a low skin fade/drop fade and make sure he doesnt destroy the top of ur hair. You’ll do the texturing yourself
