Skin and hair, wait a few more years before thinking about hardmaxxes

tret cream is cope try and get precribed acutane but just getting low bf with some less dangerous fat loss compounds. if i were you id just try reta and maybe tesamorelin for stofmaxxes and once you get down to like 10-14% bf try a diuretic.

mightve used the wrong cleanser, tret couldve been too high for a beginner, you didnt mention what kind of skin you have and if you used moisturiser

i use

up it to 7.5 then if reta isnt cutting it try hgh around 4 to 6ius combined with a diuretic but last resort is sum t3 but just dont use it at summer itll be hell

Take accutane ASAP , you have horrible acne+ big ass nose, use oral minox ASAP (too fix your eyebrows and non existent eyelashes) and grow out a stache and goatee to fix your philtrum, most importantly get lean (Reta and DNP are the best options)
