What should I do to ascend/ what is this skin condition

Hey guys I want your guys opinion on this thing with skin I’m not sure wether this is Post inflammatory erythema or acne. I currently use .025 Trent and azelaic acid during pm along with dapsome in the morning . What is this condition? I have a derm appointment on the 28th and considering asking for accutane . Idk though if she will prescribe it so maybe I should try to get more acne aka upping my trentnoin so I purge before the appointment. Plus what else should I fix to ascend . Thanks boys

hop on GHK-cu and bpc 157. if ur doctor doesn't prescribe u accutane then buy it off india or some other source

I’m afraid she won’t bec she was anti accutane since the first appointment and I had a lot of it then . Do you think I have PIE

I don't think you do. You might just have small razor burns if u shave cuz i had the same problem from shaving looked just like yours

try to get a gel with hydroquinone included so the redness go away too
