what's really going to move the needle is surgery:
otoplasty, jaw implants, rhino, eyebrow transplants (and dye them dark brown too), maybe canthoplasty, fat grafting to the nasolabial folds. Maybe do jaw surgery if you're willing to do it.
Also don't feel bad bc im telling you to get surgery, it's just the reality of what's actually works unless you're in puberty or obese/have no hygiene. Even me, I'm still in puberty, have genuine potential for 1 in 500 face with softmaxxing will still get multiple invasive procedures once I turn 18...
