What should i do to ascend?

I've been as low as 128 pounds but im now at 140 and feel much better I didnt notice that much of a difference in facial fat when I was at 128

Oh it isn't a prison uniform its a track uniform because I was on a track team. Do you think ill need more than just cartilage work?
