I have 2 meals every day and after the one of the two meals I have some snacks, But of course they must not even weigh half a pound, What can I do to better this diet

First of all I said I wanted her to give me 3 meals today she only gave me 2 because it would be better for me That was she said, And second thank youu said 3 nigga dont fold.
If u wanna fix ur diet cut out snacks, at the end of ur meals drink green tea so u dont have an urge to do that. And eat more ACTUAL food, instead of snacks. Even if its pizza, eat a bunch of pizza not snacks.
Also check ur calories of ur snacks. Ice cream is a good snack its low calorie usually per 100g. Popcorn is another good seciating snack.

Calories are a unit of heat broYou can eat 1000 calories but if its shit food, its gonna wreck metabolism, gut microbiome, hormones, etc causing you to just be fatter amd unhealthier.
