I have 2 meals every day and after the one of the two meals I have some snacks, But of course they must not even weigh half a pound, What can I do to better this diet
all that matters.
You can eat 1000 calories but if its shit food, its gonna wreck metabolism, gut microbiome, hormones, etc causing you to just be fatter amd unhealthier.
