What should I do to enhance my looks?

I m a 17y m French. I cured do minoxidil on my eyebrows and lashes, I started gym 2w ago, I do a basic skin care and that's pretty much it. I ll soon inject aqualix in my chin, take mt1 and get on accutane.
I wanted to know what surgeries or other stuff should I do or take.

The pics were 3 months ago and tge vid was last week.
