I just went from 175 to 156 after a 11 day cut. I lost 2 pant sizes also.

It’s pretty much perfect just maintain maybe a tan it would look even better with a tan would make ur abbs pop

pretty good physique to attract girls
i would focus on building bigger shoulders in your case tbh

I wasn’t sure if I should cut a little more off my lower belly before bulking up my shoulders traps and neck.
