Derma roller as far as Ik can also be used without minoxidil

Ofc minoxidil works better but just making small holes in ur skin where hairs grow also stimulates hair growth

Only Things that may work for that are oral minoxidil and latisse.

Oral minoxidil can cause serious cardiovascular side effects

Latisse comes with certain topical side effects

use rosemary oil, works just as good as minoxidil and is easier to get because u dont need presciption
