Testosterone or it’s over for you, rhino and alar plasty for that big ass nose, canthoplasty for that subhuman eye area, man pen for your eyebrows, as for your monkey ears there’s nothing much you can do. Those steps can get you to htn minimum if the surgeon is skilled
