What should I do to improve?

I’ve been cutting because I know the most important thing is being lean, and I’m gonna take hgh and test soon with my friend, but I’m not sure what to do for my bones and what not. I don’t really have knowledge of what I should be improving to look better rn. What parts of my face should I bonesmash? Also should I take ghk-cu topically or is that cope. Side profile is with no fruading so it’s cooked but I can fraud to make it look a little better. My friend said I need marpe but idk

Alr ty im growing it out now and tryna get it healthier, what exactly do you think i should do? Also my parents cursed me with thin lips and im scared to get filler since i don’t want it to migrate, but i can fraud bigger lips kinda well with puffing and Vaseline

you can read the thread although I dont really agree with filler cuz it can migrate and make you a bloatcel also its hard to fraud lips
