How can I measure my frame? How can I know the length of my shoulder blades/clavicles? Apart from this list of things to increase the frame, what else can I add/do?
  • HGH-maximization (Should I hope on mk-677?)
  • Protein-maximization
  • Testosterone-Maximization
  • Vitamin D3, K2, calcium and phosphorous
  • Weight-bearing exercises, shoulders, back, and chest (especially exercises that stretch the arms, shoulders, and chest apart)
  • Inhibit Estrogens

you've got everything down already, not much I can help you with, it's just doing it consistently now which is the hardest part and where most people fail, writing lengthy concepts about all the things you're going to do and how to do them optimally is great but it doesn't mean anything if you're unable to do it for months if not years on end.

there's medical measuring tapes that make tracking progress easier, they cost next to nothing.

I need to develop a good plan that optimizes all of this and just stick with it and be consistent, RN I'm releasing/building my whole-body fascia and gaining dominance in all the muscles of the body to improve muscle activation and so, skyrocket all my gym and mewing gains.

The only thing I'm lacking is how I can maximize Testosterone and HGH (should I use mk-677?) and a good training routine, although I was thinking of getting into PPL and focusing on the more aesthetic muscles. Also, how can I change my bones?

What is the name of that meter/appliance?

Doing the framemaxxing exercises in my megaguide along with good nutrition, recovery, hormone levels and bone malleability (being young enough) will 'change your bones' in that it will expand the frame.

Honestly there's not much point in trying to optimise your natty HGH levels unless you're 13-16. Take MK-677 and Huperzine-A, but follow the rules found in my guide in terms of how long to use it and what precautions to take, otherwise you could develop prediabetes and eventually type 2 diabetes.

If you aren't using CJC-1295 DAC then you can use MK-677 for longer, perhaps in the realms of 3-6 months as long as you're taking insulin mimetics (see guide) and testing your blood glucose levels regularly.

Also what do you mean by widening your frame to 15? What does that mean? Do you mean at 15? Like you're 15 years old?

That's right, I'm 15 years old with weak/late puberty, I think it hasn't even started due to my deficiency or low levels of these hormones (which are the ones that trigger this stage).

That's what makes it difficult for me, when it comes to having good nutrition and good hormone levels, do you have any specific recommendations here?

I was thinking of following Jeff Nippard's-PPL and implementing some of your exercises, would this be enough/efficient?

Look I'm going to be honest with you, you have no need to build muscle right now. Yes it looks good but you can build muscle at any stage of your life. I can't say the same about bone. You should focus on the frame widening exercises in my guide, get into swimming if you haven't already.

Take your MK-677, take your insulin mimetics and eat a lot of good food. Fruit, fish, meat, eggs, yoghurt,, brown rice, pasta, potatoes, milk, nuts, cheese. All great picks. Sleep 8-9 hours and don't overdo it.

You're only 15. You've got time. Try this for a year and then get into bodybuilding. You'll be building some muscle with the framemaxxing exercises anyway, it just isn't deliberately for that purpose.

You're right, I'll follow your advice... Thanks!

Swimming in general doesn't help widen the frame, does it? From what I understand the only thing that would help would be high-effort strokes for a long time and being consistent, but Weightlifting is better in general. I'll follow your guide letter-by-letter. I'm currently skinny and malnourished, so I wanted to optimize my muscles and gain some muscle mass/weight in the gym, but I'll focus more on my bones and then build muscle (can't I focus on both at the same time?).

Stimulating muscles and ligaments will take priority over bone when it comes to nutrients. Better to take things step by step.

Also, don’t follow my guide word for word. You should skip the bone density part and the hyperplasia part. They are valid but quite a bit less important than widening the frame and hypertrophy.

Doing the bone density and hyperplasia stuff is for special cases, and it requires more time and more drugs, so don’t.

yo averagetevvezfan i'm also 15 (turning 16 in january tho) and i already have some good amount of muscle mass but i wanted to know 2 things, one about bone and one about muscle

1- About the swimming method you put in your framemaxxing guide, do you think it's possible to get similar results to swimming by doing the air exercises just like in the Wider Shoulder Bones guide you bought?
It's just like swimming movements but without water resistance so there's that to consider

2- Does the lats pull the scapula down and outwards therefore increasing your perceived frame?
After a back workout i "fell wider" and i also noticed that if flex my lats (without a pump) my scapulas (therefore arms, shoulders and the chest too) get all pushed outwards making me have like a jeff seid frame.

He has that frame without flexing his lats, but if i get them big enough can i get that "wide" frame 24/7 too? (without having to flex my lats, just like he does)
I have average V shaped clavicles and pretty big scapulas, but it looks like they are compresed in the middle of my back
That's why when i flex my lats and get them all the way out of my body it looks so damn good

I am currently testing out the ‘air swimming’ exercises which you talked about from the wider shoulder bones course. Yes I think they could be effective because despite the lower resistance of air compared with water, you tend to do greater repetitions of these movements and you can do them far faster. I will make an update in around 6 months as to whether it was successful.

To answer your second question, yes I do believe the lats make the frame wider, but I am looking into it from a different angle. I am thinking that if you tightened the muscles which pull the clavicle downwards, and loosed the muscles which pull the clavicle upwards, the clavicle could straighten out due to the difference in forces applied to them. Go to the mirror and see what happens when you flex lower pecs and lats. For me the clavicle rotates slightly and is a bit straighter. If you managed to make this permanent you would have the benefits of better lateral delt projection.

Send frame in pm’s if you want, I can give advice

Yeah when I flex my lats my delts get pushed down a little so the clavicle appears straigther and delt projection is better

However naturaly straight clavicles are anatomically different ASF than the more v shaped ones, take young david laid clavicles for example it looks like someone pierced a stick straight through his shoulders lmaoo

Btw i'll PM you my frame from now and my frame 1 year from now in a couple hours

ty for all the help bro

You. mean at 15?

yes, i’m 15.5 at early/middle puberty (weak and late)
Nice, consider swimming as well, including high intensity intervals of it. It can help with developing that v taper and width you seek.

Is this worth doing at 19.5 years old? I have a 4 month summer holiday which would be enough time for a “cycle” i assume. Is it worth following through at my age or would the results be negligible?

Also would this age me through stress on the body, collagen loss or hair loss?
