How can I measure my frame? How can I know the length of my shoulder blades/clavicles? Apart from this list of things to increase the frame, what else can I add/do?
- HGH-maximization (Should I hope on mk-677?)
- Protein-maximization
- Testosterone-Maximization
- Vitamin D3, K2, calcium and phosphorous
- Weight-bearing exercises, shoulders, back, and chest (especially exercises that stretch the arms, shoulders, and chest apart)
- Inhibit Estrogens
