So im already pretty skinny, in the range of 55-60kg. I have gone to the gym before and have had abs at one point, and have okay biceps (when i flex them atleast).

What should i do to leanmaxx, and what would you say my bf% is? Any specific exercises, cardio, what should i do?

Why are you not going to the gym you monkey, it doesn't matter how debloated you get rn, go to the gym immediately and build as much muscle as you can

You cannot choose where you lose fat, unless you get a liposuction that is, but naturally when it comes to fat loss your body's is going to be the one calling the shots. If you were to leanmaxx eventually you will lose face fat, but I don't think that's smart, you already have low amounts of muscle, the only thing why your frame has a bit of volume is because of the fat, on top of that typically when you lean down you inevitably lose a bit of muscle so you'll be rocking this physique by end of the cut:

If I were you I'd bulk first, gain a bit of muscle, get to a BMI of 23-25 and THEN cut, not only will you look lean once you cut, but you will have some muscle or a more "athletic" physique when you cut.

How do you have face fat are you sure its not just bloating?
 
You cannot choose where you lose fat, unless you get a liposuction that is, but naturally when it comes to fat loss your body's is going to be the one calling the shots. That helps, thanks. Just wanted to get some sort of definition in my face, i mean I could just be bloated who knows. If I bulk, i assume my face fat would increase right? I heard some stuff about that not always being the case tho.

If you bulk you'll gain some level of fat, yes, so your face will probably be even less lean as a result, but think of it an investment, take the L now and reap the benefits later. I don't think it actually matters if you spend a couple more months not being as lean as you'd like.

You can't get it prescribed buy it off label there might be a source on the botb thread also your bones aren't that good hence your face not looking that lean according to you i say it looks lean enough so putting on some size then an extreme cut might help with the frame

It's a mineralocorticoid inhibitor and heart medication. Bloating can be multifactorial, but the most typical reason behind it is an imbalance between your sodium to potassium ratio, if you consume too much sodium and too little potassium, or viceversa, the sodium in your body has the ability of drawing in water and causing your face to look puffy and not defined.

The main hormone responsible for handling the balance of the two minerals is mineralocorticoid, so the idea is that by inhibiting it you'll force your body to excrete excess sodium (and also potassium). If you decide to do this, you should be very careful, as it can mess up your electrolyte balance and nerve function.

There are other natural methods to do this, but they require lifestyle changes, it's not easy as taking a pill and having it solved (eplenerone)

I mean, simply not eating as much carbs and eating more potassium and not taking in much sodium should work? Maybe not 0 sodium, but very small amounts. Working out, cardio, drinking 3-4l a day and that should debloat my face and make it seem as if i lost that face fat? Hollow cheeks usually come from either losing fat, or debloating.

ah yeah, obviously cut out pretty much all sodium and increase potassium but only so it outweighs the sodium and avoid carbs too

I have one more question- what should my ratio be with like carbs and junk food and stuff? One meal with like lets say a sandwhich and chocolate or crisps be good? Or should i just avoid all of it, eat like 1 sanwhich and some chicken for my lunch, come home and eat meat of sme sort and then before I go to sleep sme sandwiches?

The main question is, if i eat lets say a good full meal with maybe a little too much carbs and some sodium will all my debloat progress be gone?

no, it wont be gone, you literally can debloat in one day just by sweating alot, like in sauna, also the ratio, just try to control yourself with junk food, cutting it 100% might be bad for ur mind cuz u will crave it, it just depends on ur mental tho
