Is a filter applied to those pics ? Your skin looks weirdly smooth.

Anyway, I would say your biggest flaw is the eye aspect ratio. In other words, you have small round eyes.
Unfortunately, low palpebral fissure length cannot be fixed.
In some cases, reducing palpebral fissure height can create the illusion of a longer eye, but I don't think it'll work out in your particular case ; your eyes would just end up looking really small.

Second biggest flaw is your chin : too tall, too forward-grown, and quite asymmetric. You could consult maxfac surgeons about it (genioplasty).

Your ears are mildly flared. It is not a clear-cut case where otoplasty would achieve a significant aesthetic improvement. But you could still look into it.

Your nose appears to be slightly crooked from the front. But if you have no breathing issues, then I don't think it would warrant surgery. It looks alright from the side, and the overall shape is fine.

Your mouth seems to have downturned commissures, but I'm not sure your case would benefit from surgery (lip corner lift). You could consult plastic surgeons about it.

Is your hairline receding ? It has this typical wiry, dry look ; and your volume seems to be lacking a little in this area. But maybe it was just a bad hair day. If not, you know what to do (finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, microneedling).

At this point, maybe the best thing you could do is to debloat / reduce fat deposits. You seem to have good bone mass in the cheekbones, jaw angles, and chin ; yet your overall facial definition seems to be lacking, due to bloat / excess fat. So you may want to look into debloating methods, fat dissolvers (Aqualyx, Lipovela), liposuction, and buccal fat removal.

Extremely helpful thank you so much! No filter but I use tinted sunscreen a little which could help, for the eye aspect ratio would a canthopexy, fat grafting, or implants help? And for the chin is there any fillers that could help the situation whether it’s adding some to the bottom lip to reduce the perceived height?

Tall chin isn't a failo in his case, it's harmonious with his lower third and it's a dimorphic trait. Also he has narrow lips

Def pfl, you have very small eyes compared to your skull. Not much you can do there, you can try canthoplasty combined with epicanthoplasty
Also narrow lips so look into commissuroplasty, that can help with outer corners as well.
Crooked nose, look into septoplasty or rhino.
Ears you could just cover with more hair.
Aside from that you're pretty asymmetrical but there's not really any surgery that is a straight fix for it
