What should i do with my bandages?!

Like I got 2 mole removed and my bandages are very big in Tuesday i will get new ones i think so i have to survive Monday and Tuesday with this but im fucking afraid that i will get bullied for it ngl

Its 4cm wide 4cm long its very big and i have this on both of my cheeks

I said to my mom that i think i will wear some type of covid mask but she said no

Any recommendations?
