Should I make them shorter or less wide or let them grow, or trim etc?

Your eyebrow strengths are good density and length. Ideally you want more growth on the insides, right now they look slightly too far apart. The other main issue is they are ever so slightly tilted downwards, giving the impression of an NCT. So you'd want to pluck it to give a more positive tilt. Like this:
Obv you won't be able to acheive smth exactly like this so i suggest plucking the top inner parts of your eyebrows creating and upwards gradient towards the edges, the reason you should do the top inner rather than low outer as you want your eyebrows to be as close set to your eyes as possible, and in your case doing the latter would create a perpetually surprised look.
