yeah I am aware of that and I newrly have funds for jaw surgery, it’s jus the eye area seems harder to fix so thats why I was asking for advice
pretty sure w fillers eye brows will remain the same just the soft tissue will come down a bit

You need everything, your upper maxilla looks flat. That's were your eye problems comes from. Also, I have a friend with eyes just like yours with a jb girlfriend, sometimes its just about color and the surrounding bones (he looks like a thin drug addict).
Your structure looks decent, it's just that, like you said, your eyes are very feminine. I don't think you would benefit from a bimax (unless you're dissatisfied with your side profile) and filler probably won't be great either. PFL and IPD are biggest failos, you don't look deformed.
