What should I do with my hair?

Have no idea on what hairstyle or anything to do with my hair or If i should grow it out or cut it. Most people say cut it but I’m skeptical of even doing that right now as i’m to high body fat. I’ve damn near had the same haircut/hairstyle since like 8th grade but just at different lengths.

a little fat is an understatement tbh if i were to guess i would lowkey say im 20-30% body fat because ik a lot of people are unrealistic and if they looked like me they would say 15% but that’s nowhere near correct and thanks man i appreciate it
