What should I do with my hair?

I want some advice for my hair, what yall think I should do with it. What cut should fit me, I dont really know what to do with my hair rn, im just letting it grow, but I dont find a style that fits me, so I need help. And before someone says something, I only need help for my hair I know im ugly and it was never about the hair, but I want to know what yall think I should do.

I saw a thread you posted with different hair I think you look 10 times better now
