What should I do with my phimosis?

I have a really strong phimosis and it's one of the primary reasons I am a 40 yo virgin. I have always been ashamed of it in front of girls. I also didn't have the nuts to go to a doctor and do something about it (ashamed here too). I try to keep it clean as good as I can.

Now these are the options:

1. I could leave it as it is and probably die a virgin.
2. I could get cut (circumcised) but I'd lose my foreskin and all the nerves in it.
3. I could try to stretch and get cut if it doesn't work.
4. I could try to stretch and if it doesn't work leave it as it is and probably die a virgin.

What would you do in my situation?

You can have sex with phimosis, unless it's too fucking tight.
You will never know it unless you have sex

But if your problem is mental to the point youre ashamed to show it to girls than get it cut
