I turned 14 in march im 5'7(170cm)i look like shit im super underweight i NEED to gain weight i want to workout from home What Foods Have a Lot of Protein and What Should I Exercise

Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, dairy.
+250 calorie surplus
Weight lifting and don't worry too much about it.

you should be worrying more about micronutrients
start eating mainly organs and raw meat and drink blood
get lots of sun and sleep also

I will go to gym so i will not be fat and im not tryna gain like 15 kg or 10 im trying to gain like 5 kg
