idk much abt anxiety meds but maybe try ashwaganda? i used to have mild anxiety after covid so i hoped on ashwaganda and it lowk help (fyi idk much about this topic) but i think u should try ashwaganda bro it helps lower ur cortisol too n also helps w sleep pair it w some zinc and magnesium from ur food and ur lowk set igSo I fakes about having bad anxiety to get meds prescribed. It actually worked and now I have some Lexopro 10 mg. Been a few days only so far. Chatgpt said I shouldn't take if it's not that bad. But I want to ascend (better sleep, lower cortisol..), what should I do? So far I'm thinking of cutting down to 5mg; anything that pairs good with It??

ig its a more obtainable source plus lexapro can fuck up ur libido or sumth so ashwaganda is just better in a way ig..ashwgnda might have milder results but whats the point of having more test when u cant even get hard later on lol
I alr have Lexapro wdym last resort, I think it is a good idea, I got 10mg per capsule, but it is a gelatine capsule so I can open and only take half everyday so it is less strong, my main question was asking if there was some good synergies
