im 18 years old 5,11. im thinking of taking hgh to increase bone mass and height and also for muscle growth. Is it worth it still at this age. don't know if my plates are closed or not but options for both realitys.

HGH isnt a magic potion but despite that if your plates are open your gonna grow 1-3cm
