im 15 years old, 171 cm tall and weigh 67 kg. i started going to the gym 7 months ago, and because i didnt know what i was doing, i went on a dirty bulk. i gained 20 kg (before this, my face wasnt bloated or anything). my arms and torso arent fat, but i dont look muscular there either. the problem is that i've accumulated a lot of fat in my lower abdomen, and my face looks really bloated. i'm going through puberty, and i dont want to do a strict calorie deficit so i dont ruin my growth, but i also dont want to continue bulking.
what can i do to lean down without affecting my development?
 
just sit at maintenance calories while continuing to build muscle, you dont want to be in a deficit during development.
unless your over 15% bf I wouldn't cut, if you are just aim for a 100-200 cal deficit and slowly cut down.
