My ortho wants to remove all my first premorals because my pallate is too small and my teeth are quite big. I have had damon braces for about a year and its still not enough room. What do i request from my ortho and how big of a problem would that extraction be?

extractions can fuck your profile and make you look recessed ask for marpe or mse expansion instead to make room get a second opinion before they pull teeth.
