16 5'10 140lbs i went on a 3 month cut because i was 170lbs with no muscle and had a mad gut. What is my bf% at and should i now start a lean bulk or keep cutting for a bit more i dont want to stunt my growth a lot.

If you already have enough muscle just lean bulk.
How would that stunt your growth ? lol just eat healthy and keep eating protein being lean is about caloric intake having low caloric intake doesn't mean your growth will stunt

based on how i look now do u think i should cut for a bit more or do i have little muscle im already 140 and im not sure if cutting is the right move

do cardio while maintaining a very slight calorie surplus until you hit 165lbs (delon’s weight), he’s 5’11 so you might need a bit less mass.

sure, but doing some kind of cardio is really important otherwise you’ll just get fat

yea i do cardio at the end of my workouts

don’t go too far with gymcelling tho, calisthenics is enough
