Hes clearly doing it for track in which case it seems like a great option to be very explosive and therefore quick and not have to carry the extra water and glycogen

Preferably injectable and around 35-50mg seems appropriate

Also get ru58841 and if you run longer distances or train for long times add eq

why would he do it for track results?

either way if he's running only 1 cycle, most of the gains from oral winstrol will be gone after he hops off.

Winstrol is more of a cosmetic temporary drug rather than a muscle building one

If you'll be competing then it's completely different.

But for the sake of putting on muscle that you'll be able to maintain long term, I don't think that Winstrol (or any oral tbh) would be a good choice. Most of the results are just cosmetic (temporary gains) and not "real gains"
