High protein, moderate-low fat, low carb, meat, eggs, fish, cottage cheese, yogurt.

Drop all sugar, bread, pasta, and liquid calories. Keep cals slightly below maintenance, lift heavy, and walk daily.
Starving just kills muscle and growth, clean deficit with proper protein keeps you lean without stunting.

chicken breast, turkey, lean beef, pork tenderloin, fish such as salmon, cod, tuna, or sardines, plus eggs or egg whites and protein powder for your main protein sources. to scarf the veggies too: spinach, kale, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, zucchini, cucumber, asparagus, mushrooms, and peppers. for healthy fats, add avocado, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, and small portions of nuts or seeds like almonds, walnuts, chia, or flax

and buy an under desk bike it is a nice add on while you rot here

Try protein frontloading. This is when you comsume a majority of your protein intake at breakfast- keeps you satiated and less likely to binge throughout the day.

Keep up the fibre, you'll feel more full. Eat your damn veggies. If your diet is lacking in fibre you can take a supplement like psyllium husk or metamucil, (which are also godsends if you're constipated from starving) but you'll need to be drinking a lot of water when consuming fibre, otherwise it'll just cause lumps in your system and get stuck.

On the topic of water, more is better. Aim for 3+ litres a day. Low calorie electrolyte supplements (esp. magnesium, sodium and potassium) are also helpful, they will prevent any health/organ issues on a low intake and they'll help moderate your hunger signals.

Caffeine + keeping yourself busy helps. Self explainatory.

If you're going to eat something unhealthy/ "cheat meal", and you absolutely can't stop yourself, eat something high fibre before it. If I can feel myself about to "cheat" on my diet, i'll have a bunch of water and some psyllium husk (fibre supplement) beforehand.
Foods with excess sugar are quickly absorbed by your gut and cause an insulin spike. As your insulin spikes fast, it eventually crashes later on too, leading to an increase in the hormone "ghrelin"- aka the "hunger hormone".
Eating something fiborous beforehand will ensure the carbs are a bit more slowly absorbed, giving you a less harsh insulin spike which means less hunger later on, therefore less likely to binge again later.
That being said, try to refrain from processed sugary foods, the more you eat them the more you'll crave them. Low GI carbs are your friend.

And finally, don't be scared of fats. Whilst fat is the most calorie-dense macronutrient, it's also the most satiating. Avoiding all fats under the premise of "saving calories" will end with you hungry, then you'll just binge and intake more calories anyway. Take it from someone who has been working out and doing harsh minicuts for several years now, who has made this mistake. Just make sure you're getting it from healthy sources- olive oil, avocado, nuts, salmon, etc.

Best of luck

The human body can absorb only about 51% of the protein in raw eggs. Cooked egg protein is preferable as it's about about 91% bioavailable. Raw eggs is outdated
yes but raw eggs raises t levels way more than cooked.

Where's your evidence for this? Once again outdated research. Heat also increases the bioavailability of cholesterol and vitamin D in eggs which both play a large role in testosterone synthesis. If anything, cooked eggs are better for your test as well, as long as you don't hard-boil the yolk until it's a green mess.
