what should i fix based on my x ray?

i went to the ortho and got a cephalometric x ray and i wanna know what flaws i have and how to fix them. ill do anything ortho related but cant do surgery cause of age. some info idk if useful: im 16 my bone age is abt 17 and i hit puberty a month or so after turning 16
