i think nose breathing problems, and lack of tongue space, those are the main reason for palate expanders, not sure tho

Yeah it looks like you do likely have a narrow pallet almost certainly caused by mouth breathing in childhood, If you can prove to your ortho that there are any medical issues with breathing etc (you can just fake symptoms if there are none) then it will at least be partially covered under health insurance assuming your parents have that covered and you'll defiantly want to look into getting a facemask with it so you can get some extra forward growth(also assuming your pallet has stopped growing like a 99% chance it has) you'll need to get a MSE or MARPE rather then a typical rpe which is the most commen expander usually used in children

you could grow the lashes and brows then dye them with minox 5 percent and ordinary lash and brow serum any other method would be cope. could also curl the lashes thats about it
