What should I focus on Maxing upon turning 18?

My 18th is tomorrow and at this point, my growth plates are close, I'm nearing the end of the nightmare that is hormonal acne, and I'm not exactly sure where to go from here other than to stick with what I've been doing for the past year.

What is the next step from here?

NOTE:
I'm going to DNR anyone that posts paragraphs without at least one solution. I need real responses not just "blast roids jfl"

Get skincare or even lasering to remove acne scars
But Roids will help with facial development even if ur plates are closed

Every body reacts different to different compounds but if you have the right ancillaris and dont blast anything crazy you should be fine
