What should I get done first

I have an asymmetrical face especially when my left side it thinner and my right is chubbier. My right eye is lower than my left. My nose is slanted. I already got my adenoid removed to improve breathing but it hadn’t changed a thing. My jaw is slanted to the left. I currently have braces. What surgery should I get first and what is noticeable the most to people.
