Should i get a palate expander? Ive also seen this three way expander which people say gives forward growth. Read from someone that a palate expander will get rid of hollow cheeks and that my lower jaw will look unproportional, any info regarding these questions?

Depends, I have a wide palette and full smile but no hollow cheeks and I did buccal fat removal + fully debloated. Up to you what you want more
