I have recceded jaw cuz of a deep overbite (my upper teeth completey overlap my lower) and also a narrow face
So should I get expander/mse or braces

Expander before braces probs

Sorry but @hollywoodngl is right the expander may cause a split creating a gap in ur teeth so its better to get braces after the expander

Get an expander first but that would mean having to get braces aswell to close the gaps
