if you want to try softmaxxing first before surgery, then i would recommend hydrocortisone as it will shrink the size of your nose and it may be enough so that you don't need rhinoplasty. I know people who have used it in the past and as have I used it myself and it worked for me so hopefully it can work for you. it's worth a try at least in your case

yeah i would say that your nose is quite bulbous and is probably your main flaw tbh

hydrocortisone has to be taken orally, otherwise it wont be absorbed into the bloodstream
