iwanna improve my face drastically as ik im chopped asf idk if its over or anything but im not really in a great position both pics i dropped are id say unfrauded but idk the one of my side profile is better than it looks irl my side is horrible idk what surgical procedures to get im planning chin implant and i was taking hgh before my mum found im prollly cooked asf but any advice would be appreciated softmaxxing hard maxxing whatever just anything to get me out this shithole
