What should I improve on?

this is my 1 year acension, I’ve mainly lost a small amount of fat but I’ve improved my health implications massively and have been consistently bone smashing. I’m not sure what to do next tho, I’m quite lost so I’m asking if anyone can help me on what to improve on this is my currently. The first photo was from late july. This recent one I took yesterday. Again the lighting is way more better in the second photo but you can see clear changes

It’s my ipd + I have a tilted sphenoid + unequal canthil tilt on either eye. I’m 17 rn but I’m getting rhino + whatever tf is wrong with my eyes sorted next year

I don’t think so tho, well naturally capped at mtn but I think with surgery we could ascend to htn or Aleast lhtn
